In 2019, Altais embedded inside Unilever to build a real-time AI engine for Pond's across Latin America — analysing thousands of social conversations daily, surfacing insights, and automating responses at scale. We called it the Social Analytics Lab. It was AI as a Service before the term existed. Today, we apply the same model to enterprise LLM platforms.
